1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Xpedinet mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Expedience Groups LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Xpedinet.
2. Nature of Services
Xpedinet is a reseller of connectivity services. We provide access to third-party telecommunications and utility networks to facilitate:
- Mobile airtime top-ups
- Mobile data bundle purchases
- Utility bill payments (electricity, water, cable TV)
- Travel eSIM purchases and activation
Important Notice: Expedience Groups LLC is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial institution. We do not hold customer funds in a wallet system. All purchases are for the immediate acquisition of specific services or products.
2.1 Consumable Products
Airtime, Data Bundles, Utility Payments, and eSIM activations are classified as "Consumable" items. Once the value has been successfully delivered to the recipient carrier or utility provider:
- The transaction is considered complete
- The value is used immediately by the recipient
- The purchase cannot be reversed or returned
3. Account Registration
To use Xpedinet, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1 Transaction Fees
All prices displayed in the App include applicable service fees. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.
4.2 Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Exchange rates for local currency conversions are determined at the time of transaction and are subject to market fluctuations.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
5. Refund Policy
Final Sale: All transactions are final once the value has been successfully delivered to the recipient carrier or utility provider. We cannot "pull back" credit from the recipient's phone or reverse utility payments.
5.1 Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If you were charged but the recipient did not receive the value due to a system error on our end
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction
- Failed Delivery: If the carrier or utility provider rejected the transaction
5.2 Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide your Transaction ID and details of the issue
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for investigation and processing
5.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect phone numbers or meter numbers entered by the user
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Network outages or service interruptions by local carriers
- Value sent to deactivated or invalid accounts
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use Xpedinet for:
- Money laundering or fraudulent activities
- Testing stolen credit cards or payment methods
- Sending value to numbers or accounts associated with illegal activities
- Circumventing our fraud detection systems
- Reselling our services without authorization
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating these conduct rules without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Xpedinet name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Expedience Groups LLC. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Expedience Groups LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Xpedinet relies on third-party service providers to deliver its services, including but not limited to:
- Mobile network operators (MTN, Airtel, Safaricom, etc.)
- Utility companies (IKEDC, KPLC, ECG, etc.)
- eSIM providers
- Payment processors
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or service quality of these third-party providers. Any issues related to the actual service delivery should be directed to the respective provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPEDIENCE GROUPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Network downtime or service interruptions by local carriers or utility providers
- Incorrect recipient information entered by the user
- Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expedience Groups LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any content you submit or transmit through the App
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.
11.2 Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, and the decision shall be final and binding.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notifications to registered users
- Updates to this page with a new "Last Updated" date
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expedience Groups LLC regarding the use of Xpedinet and supersede any prior agreements.
